All Returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Only After Care Tattoo Balm and Face Cleanser may be returned. Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the Purchase Date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
When your item return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your returned item. You will then be notified on whether the item qualifies for a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed based on your original method of payment within one week.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have noticed a delay in receiving your refund, please verify with your financial institution or credit card company that the refund does not appear, giving respect to their processing times. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your financial institution and/or credit card company, please contact us directly.
Returning products can be dropped off in person at the studio or by mailing the product to the studio at 1904 – 31st Street SW, Calgary, AB T3E 2M9. You, the customer, are responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your original refund. Shipping times vary by location. Please be patient in receiving any approved product exchanges. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items if they are sent through channels that do not include tracking.
