I was hesitant about getting my lips tattooed because I had a negative experience a few years ago. Shannon was very reassuring and explained in detail the procedure. I experienced no pain at all. I had booked a saline removal appointment with Shannon online, in hopes that the procedure would remove the remaining yellow pigment of my microbladed eyebrows. When I arrived at Shannon's studio, she analyzed my brows and told me that the saline solution would likely not make a big difference (if any) in removing the yellow undertone. She took her time to explain the background of ink colors and how some pigments contain more yellow undertones than others, and was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. I love that Shannon was honest with her advice, even if it meant she wasn't getting paid for the service I booked! She saved me both time and money, and these days, that's very hard to find in businesses. Thank you, Shannon, for being so kind and helpful! Based on this experience, I would definitely come back for cosmetic tattoos in the future!

Shannon and Iryna provided me with highly skilled, professional, and very personable service. They both took their time to workout the best shape for my eyebrows and eyeliner, and made the process comfortable. Since then, I received a lot of compliments on my overall appearance. My eyebrows and eyeliner look natural, but not " done". I feel great that people see i look betterthan before, but can't immediately tell what exactly was enhanced. It's a sign of a "work well done"!
